Yep. Effective immediately, I am switching over to a brand new personal journal. If you'd like to stay with me, please scoot on over and add my shiny new account:dissonancies
I mean, I know that I basically, uh...never use LJ anymore. Not for posting and stuff anyway. I still use it to read other people's entries! But almost everyone I know is on plurk now, so I generally use that on a day-to-day basis.
But I do intend to start posting, if not often than at least regularly
, and I feel like starting fresh will help out with that. Also, I'm just really bored of this username. XD Did you know I've used "mizure" for practically everything for nearly a decade now? Yeah.
So yes! Please add me! ♥
My friends, I can no longer contain myself. I have tried to keep it in as long as I could, but I can hide this feeling no longer! I must proclaim my heart to the heavens! For you see, the truth is:I LOVE JUSTIN BIEBER!
Omggg, where do I even start?!?! He is a musical genius and the finest singer of our age, without a doubt! Every word he sings reaches straight into my heart, as though he is singing only for me, hee hee~ He inspires me to reach for the stars! Plus he is lyke soooo totally cute
, omg lol.
Justin Bieber is just like absolutely the greatest ever, and one day
one dayhe shall be mine
I'm not like those creepy fangirls, oh no. My love for Justin is pure and untainted by lust (regardless, I would hit that like a freight train, fo realzy). But I could always tell; he is the one. From the moment I first heard him sing "baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby" etc, I knew it was true. We are destined to be together. ♥
Even now, he calls to me! Oh love! Oh my beating heart, be still! The world keeps us apart, but fate shall bring us together!Oh, ~♥~♥~♥~Justin~♥~♥~♥~!!!1!
1 ★ Create a graphic (200 x 200 max size) to represent your personal "candy". It should have your username on it, but otherwise can feature whatever you want. Make it something special since it's self-representative.
2 ★ Make a post with the subject "trick or treat?". Put your "candy" somewhere in it, and be sure to repost these instructions.
3 ★ Then, go around other people's LJs and reply to them with either "trick" or "treat". If you reply with "trick", they will give you an LJ dare that you have to perform before taking their candy. If you're too wimpy for that, simply say "treat" and take their candy.
4 ★ List all your collected candies in your original "trick or treat?" post to show off your collection!( My candiesCollapse )( CollectedCollapse )

Another average day passes with little in the way of true events. I must say though, I'm growing increasingly concerned about the acidity levels in the soil these days; it's beginning to work a bit on my bottom roots. I suppose that is simply the way it goes after you get past your golden decades. One must watch where they go out- you can't simply just spread roots whether the ground may go! You have to be a little careful, otherwise it always seems to come back and before you know it there's nothing you can do but ride out the crap that follows. God, I remember once not too long ago I got mixed up with this pair of oaks and let me tell you, they sure did have some acidic roots if ya know what I mean!
I keep reading reports about particulate matter and such in the air and I think I can start to understand what they're talking about. The old chloroplasts are having a bit more difficulty getting in all the carbon I need, and god, there's always too much of that freaking oxygen mucking up the atmosphere. I wish we could get the senate to start lobbying about that
! Eh, what do you expect though, when all the weeds care about is getting Prop 19 passed so they can hang out with Mary Jane and not worry about getting caught out in public?
One thing I have to say though, I keep seeing more and more of these horrible bleach blonde palm trees settling in the area. Ugh! Where do they think they are, Hollywood? Sure, it was one thing when they'd just pass through and you could appreciate the novelty of 'em, but now that they're always around it really gets annoying. I mean, how have they managed to get that accent to sound so harsh on the fronds? And yet all of us other Valley plants have to deal with the stereotype that they create. I'm sorry but no, we spruces are nothing like those blasted idiots. Some of us even know how to complete photosynthesis!
Anyway, I guess it really is the same things as always. Hopefully I'll be able to talk about something more interesting later. A cedar buddy of mine is going to go watch the Bulldogs go up against the Lobos tomorrow. Hopefully he doesn't get peed on.[Liiiiindaaaaa]
I am so completely, absolutely, beyond ready to be done being sick now. Seriously. Any time now would be great. I can barely stand up without shaking, I can't even focus long enough to play video games as I lay in bed groaning. wtf is this shit. Colds are supposed to be MINOR illnesses.
/coughs all over LJ
So you're hanging out, chilling, being a retired war hero; when out of fucking nowhere the gods descend and trust you with the life of a pure-hearted little girl. You try to rise to the challenge; spend eight years raising her, doing your best to protect her from the world, shelling out ridiculous amounts of money to offer her a marvelous education and polish her into a refined, sensitive, highly intelligent lady. And then she grows up to become an outstanding author, turning out both well-received collections of poetry as well as some of the most moving and inspirational novels of your time. And what do the gods think of your efforts?"Meh."THE GODS CANNOT BE PLEASED.
Whoops forgot to sleep again hurr hurr
Not going to whine about RP. It's simply too much effort to expend when the outcome will be the same.
Still, I promise that I am going to tag tomorrow (today after a nap). All of you have permission - nay, a duty
! - to reach through the internet and punch me if I don't.
So don't be unkind to a wandering mind
Just say it again if we missed it
Some whispering poem
Was calling us home
To a place we know never existed
